Hebei Chunda Pipe Fittings Manufacturing Co., Ltd. was established in 2000 and restructured into a limited company in 2009. After several years of development and growth, it has become a large company integrating R&D, design, production and sales.
The company is located in Pucheng Industrial Zone, Yanshan County, Hebei Province, adjacent to Beijing and Tianjin in the north and Shandong in the south, with convenient transportation and superior geographical location. The company covers an area of more than 50 acres, with 218 employees, 36 professional and technical personnel with college degree or above, and fixed assets of more than 5 million yuan. It has passed ISO9001-2000 quality system certification.
Our factory has developed high-wear-resistant pump pipes based on high-tech equipment and technology. This product is made of steel pipes made of special materials, inner wall quenching, heat treatment and other processes with high technical content. After quenching, the inner wall hardness can reach about HRC62, and the hardness layer can be controlled at 2mm-2.5mm, which increases the service life of the pipeline by 3-5 times, and makes our company a large domestic professional manufacturer of concrete conveying pipelines and accessories. We produce various series of pump truck accessories for "Sany", "Zhonglian", "Xugong", "Elephant", "Schwing" and so on. Our company's daily production of wear-resistant pipes is 200-300 pieces, and the daily production of drag pump pipes can reach 800 pieces. The wear-resistant pipes and drag pump pipes we produce are well received by domestic and foreign customers.
Our factory has also independently developed double-layer elbows. This product has a double-layer structure, an inner layer of alloy, and an outer layer of Q235. It is produced through high-temperature heat treatment, tempering and other processes. The hardness of the inner layer can reach about HRC65 degrees. The volume of use can reach 35,000-40,000 cubic meters. The life of the straight pipe connected to it has been greatly improved. The high hardness of the inner layer and the high toughness of the outer layer greatly improve the safety of the use. It fills the domestic gap and meets the market.
